I agree wholeheartedly with you on that point. My smart-a$$ comment
was meant more with respect to the customer/client who expects you to
be able to read his mind rather than reading the requirements
presented.

It certainly seems that you never have. The earliest lessons
(particularly the painful ones) seem to last forever in our minds,
don't they?  I always look for your analyses of the many problems put
out on the list.
