Well they have been having exactly that problem with cell phone base sites in supermarket car parks for at least a couple of years. maybe it just means that the armed forces have installed cell phone bases around Fylingdales to enable the spies to communicate with home base. But why they should worry, the Fylingdales radar station is on the top of a mound in the middle of the Yorkshire Moors, and can be seen from a considerable distance.
