The NZ Protel agents are offering users of earlier version an upgrade to the
latest version at what seems to me to be an extremely good price. A similar
offer may well be in effect in other countries.

The offer  applies until December 24th. The NZ price for the full version is
substantially lower than the US price (due no doubt to our weak dollar
relative to the US and the consequent unlikelihood of people buying it here
at "full price". )

The upgrade offer  apparently applies to Protel versions of ANY age. If you
have a really old version, used or not, it could be viable to upgrade it and
resell it, provided the licence allows.
