Hi all,

I need to build an oscillator using a crystal. The first reason is that I
need to have an 9.8304MHz external clock source to be input to a controller
and the second reason is to know beyond the OSC1/OSC2 of a microcontroller.
My question -
1. Is it going to be complicated job?
2. Are there any useful link?
3. Will it be more feasible to buy those external canned oscillator?
