I know this has been asked before: i want a 5x7-dot-matrix-alphanumeric=
 -looking font for use in a manual i must write.

Twist: i need some western european characters in it, specifically the=
 swedish

( =E5 =E4 =F6 =C5 =C4 =D6 )

Any hint?

(I=B4m almost there with german, only missing "=E5" IIRC, but "=E5" I can=
 get from a danish version, for example, if that is available... )

Or, tips on how i can expand on one existing font?
I have never modified nor created a font, where to find how-to info and=
 tools?
Preferrably for Windows.


(BTW, I=B4m not sure this EE tag is correct, but making a manual is one of=
 the most important Electric Engineering tasks...)
