I have an opportunity to do business with a company in Viet Nam for PIC
based devices.

Does anyone have any experience dealing with companies in Viet Nam?

Other than ensuring that the money is received before the product is
develop/shipped, are there any concerns to be aware of?

Are PICs OK to export?

Given the distance, language barriers, etc., how do I protect my products
from being copied? Is there an international copyright?
