I don't see the logic in recording a message asking someone to put the
seat down as they suggest- if you've raised the seat, you're in no need
of toilet paper (barring severe marksmanship problems), thus their little
circuit would not be triggered.

It could, however, be used to remind the lady or ladies of the house
to be considerate and *raise* the seat after use..
