You can definately get them from Farnell (or Newark). You don't actually need anything quite as big as the 3055 / 2955 - you could easily use a pair of the smaller, cheaper plastic devices - I used a BD 185 / 186 in a similar PSU recently - these are 4 Amp rated at 30 Volts CE.
