Does anyone here have any experience with fast USB on MCUs such as the TUSB3210?

Specifically, I'm having some trouble getting my TUSB3210 enumerated.  It oscillates, and it is recognized by Windows as an unknown device, but it fails bus enumeration every time.

I'm hoping that I haven't cooked it during soldering, but the oscillator oscillates, at least.

Has anyone got any advice for what to try?
