Well, my girlfriend does get a bit annoyed at times. We live in different cities for 8 months of the year, so for the most part I have free reign. Thing is, the 4 months we're together, we're at her house, so she rules. Generally it works out as I have a large workshop to do with as I wish at work. So I do my building during the day. When I move there full time, we're going to need a large house...in addition to all my electronics and computer and the usual, she has numerous sewing machines, a quilting machine setup (which I will one day build a PIC add-on to), stores of fabric, toys, puzzles, and many many clothes. She is fairly tolerant of what I do. Most of the time she is somewhat interested in my projects, especially when she stands to benefit from them. I help her out with her stuff, and she helps me out with mine on occasion. We will need a huge house one day though...because we are both gatherers :) Josh -- A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools. -Douglas Adams William Chops Westfield wrote: > How well does your partner put up with you using the house as a workshop, > bits of electronic components getting trodden round the building > Of course, this requires a large house...
