Do any of the cheap, low part-count DIY programmers support the pic16c716?
Or can any be easily modified?  I've noticed that the Warp-13a supports
them, but haven't seen anything else.  I'm hoping that either the Tait
programmer or the El Cheapo can do it.

I'm up against a deadline--without responses we'll probably need to by the
Warp-13a quickly.
