Unfortunately, this isn't for something I'm developing where it would be easy to just swap out the LCD with a different one (boy do I wish it were that simple) - I'm trying to modify an existing product to suit my needs in low light (I happen to have two of them, one is side lit, which is aweful, and one has no light at all.
