Here http://wwwbode.cs.tum.edu/~acher/bga/index.html is a webpage where
someone built his very own BGA soldering station to solder a 256 ball
BGA. I do not know if it is the most elegant way, but it worked...

I should mention that the web page is only in german language (but there
are a lot of pictures).
