Thanks Olin, It's the tools/DRC/restring specifications. There is a situation when changing the drill diameters in brd are very important, assuming you plan production and first time you need to create a homebrew pcb and then production. This means you need two different libraries, because for homebrew board the drill diameter it's really small and used just for drill steerage but for production the drill must be the real one.
