Hi again...

Well, I'v now istalled IE5.5 and re-run the installation prog for MPLAB 6.10.

All seems to be OK, but it's not bug-free (the *installation*, that is).

The installation goes to "\Program\MPLAB IDE\..."
but the shortcut on the desktop points to
"\Program\MPLAB IDE_V6\..." and have to be adjusted.

(The earlier version om MPLAB V6 installed to the _V6\... directory, b.t.w.)

Anyway, efter adjusting the shortcut, I could open my project from the
former V6 kit and build it OK.
