Well, The TC77 in SOT23 package is aprox 3*3 mm wide and 1 mm high.
Then you need a 5 part cable also, and something to "mount" the TC77 on...

I thought of mouting some cables directly on the chip and then
wrap it all in with some epoxy stuff.
