There are many educational computer games out there. Some directly target a particular skill like arithmetic. My son is 12 now, but if I remember right he had a game call Math Blaster or something like that, although I think that is for a younger age than you daughter. There are other good games out there that make you think, but aren't directly about learning a particular subject. The Incredible Machine is one of those that my son enjoyed a lot. Roller Coaster Tycoon is one he currently likes. There are lots of lists and reviews about this topic out there.
