My current contract work...they said....we need to do something to protect ourselves and I said sure...whatever you want to protect YOUR investment that I am doing for you. They are only worried that I will take the code and design and do it for a competitor. I have ethics that would prevent me from doing this, but they have used others in the past that well....didnt feel the same way. Put yourself in thier shoes.
