Dear fellow gizmo freaks; I have, for some time now , been playing with the possibility of an active suspension algorithm for vehicles. Tire wear, mileage, mechanical wear, vibration, steering error and skid resistance all depend on tire contact duration and contact area. I have played with some very fast sensors and absolute micro altitude measurement systems. I have also played with a few mechanical compensators, and am getting almost enough reaction speed to handle 50-60 mph. I now throw this concept to the wolves combined genius of this groups subscribers for open collaboration if anyone wants to play. All replies will be read. Unless I miss them. Or fall asleep on the delete key. Or get a life ( odds miniscule). Best regards, Martin -- http://www.piclist.com hint: PICList Posts must start with ONE topic: [PIC]:,[SX]:,[AVR]: ->uP ONLY!
