Hi Tony. Seems this is a common thread here and heavily covered a few
months back. I too wanted to move beyond sawing pcbs and asked here. One
good suggestion was Tin Snips--the large kind. I tried it on common pcb
remanents that I had and it worked fine.

My snips are heavy and long, about 18 inches, with straight edged
blades. Having that leverage, cutting was easy.

Avoid sawing as the resultant dust is a breathing hazzard.
