I have to wonder how well a cheap tile saw would work. They've got diamond blades that make very thin cuts, and are wet saws to keep the dust under control. Nice flat table saw with a guide to keep the piece straight as it's cut. And of course water won't bother the fiberglass... I know you can pick these up at Home Depot or Lowe's pretty cheap.
