I have just received my 456th rejection letter for a job= application (that only includes those who have the manners to acknowledge -= don't get me started on that one). Now apart from the fact, I'm wondering if I have a cheap source= of wallpaper or perhaps the eligibility for an entry into the= Guinness Book of Records, this particular P-Off letter is remarkable in= that I've been rejected for a job I DIDN'T apply for! A stiff email has been swiftly dispatched back to the company pointing out not only this fact, but that the position I had= applied for was on the 8 August of this year. Still I suppose I did actually get a reply - so that some improvement. Colin expecting to get a letter telling him he= won't be getting that job as Admiral of the Fleet, that he didn't want= in the first place. -- cdb, cdb@barnard.name on 31/03/2002 -- http://www.piclist.com hint: The PICList is archived three different ways.
