This is worst case. How many % of the chips would fall within 3.90 to 4.08 MHz ??? I bet that would be most of them. Worst case is always a horror-story. (From when the production assistand was on LSD while prepping the silicon wafers...) And, as I said. I have no problem adjusting the timing on boards that seems to require it. Only time will tell if it will be needed. I must say I am very pleased with the temperature stability of the oscillator.
