Unless the hackers on your local network (e.g. cable or DSL with multiple
accounts on one gateway), they will not be able to "sniff" your outgoing
emails. The reporting software allows you to block reporting on attacks from
local (or any) IP address.

In any case, the ports that don't respond are easily identified by a port
scanner so they already know what you do and don't block.

BTW: Everybody should check their personal machines against the port scanner

guy who wrote Spin Right? One very sharp dude. And doing a hell of a job of
blowing the whistle on some of the BS that other companies pull with regard
to security and privacy.
