What is the output impedance of your sensor setup ? Do you allow enough
time for setup (adc sample) ? Is the ground of the sensor connected
directly to the chosen analog ground on the PIC ? The voltage difference
is only 10mV and is typical for what you would have in a low current
layout that was not made on purpose for this kind of application (10+bit
adc).
