So can you BUY them yet?  This part was "announced" at the March Embedded
Systems Conference (complete with well-done presentations):

They remained the most annoying sort of vaporware (not even a data sheet at
the philips web site) for quite some time (long enough for me to stop paying
attention!)  If they're actually shipping, that's swell news.  My comment
back then was that a TSSOP (only) package was tantamount to excluding a
significant (?) part of the traditional market for "low cost"
microcontrollers...
