Are you sure those are all the markings on the part, as that almost looks like a date code, I would expect at least some alpha's in the part number. I work for ON, and I checked the whole product catalog and can find no reference to any such number except as a part of a mot part for a low power tv tuning circuit. I would expect more markings than just that on a part, check both sides, and knowing what package type mibht help also.
