Hi,
I have a circuit that is going to have a cable with clips so that a customer
can connect 2 gel cell batteries in series (24V) to the product.  I plan to
put a diode in series to protect the product from reverse polarity.  The
circuit should have 24v and draw 5amps max.  Can anyone recommend a diode
for this purpose as I'm really unfamiliar with doing this.  Thanks for any
help.
