Well it had this in the header, and I believe it is the second line that
Olin gets upset about.

Your previuos email had this, so what you have changed is the character set,
not the transfer encoding.

The place to change it seems to be under Tools/Options/Send

Here I have selected "Plain Text" in the box marked "Mail Sending Format"
and under "Plain Text Settings" have marked "UUencode" instead of "Mime".
