Within Eagle layout editor...

(1) Anyone know how I can position a component at a very specific location?
I want to move parts to a very specific coordinate specified to 3 decimal
places, and would prefer not to set the grid to .001 and zoom in for each
part.  If there is a way to punch in the coordinates, that would be much
better.

(2) Is there a way to rotate a part other than 90 degrees?  I need to rotate
to within 1 degree.
