Another way that saves traffic at your email system, is using an organized list server provided by YahooGroups. You can create your listgroup in minutes, invite everyone you want, it offers file space, photo space, etc, you can even create pools, manage participant access mode, etc. It doesn't hurt to visit http://www.yahoogroups.com and click START-A-GROUP button.
