Get down to RS and buy an Intersil HIP4080. It has a built in charge pump for the upper FET's, and all sorts of other goodies. It also has a built in PWM oscillator section so you need only feed in a DC voltage, but it can be fed with an externally generated PWM if preferred. There are all sorts of useful app notes and data sheets on the Intersil web site on the HIP408x family. -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
