Problems I can see:

If you chop the high side you will need very fast optocouplers. Chop only
the low side (leave the high side transistor on).

The high side drivers supplies are a little strange.

You sure hate decoupling capacitors.

May I ask what you used to draw the circuit ? (Looks like what I use ... )
