Hmmm. You're going to need some external hardware anyway, how
about a Frequency to Voltage converter rather than an integrator ?
Either that or a DAC. Parallel tend to be cheaper than serial, and
you could load it with data from a shift register to save PIC pins. I
know, I know, it's getting away from cheap and dirty, but the quality
of the voltage is important,.right ?
