I might have to order from Digikey. Seems to be the best way. I had a look at ebay and the selections weren't what I needed and the one that was even close was hitting $30US. I think the total from Digikey was all of $4. As far as getting them from used boards etc, seems to be a couple of problems I can think of. One is just telling what is what (getting old can't see ;-]), and the other is if they would survive being heated 3 times (soldered, de-soldered, re-soldered) Are the smt electrolytic's sensitive or pretty tolerant? Even in Kamloops? Wow I thought I was in the boonies for stuff in Kelowna ;-] Actually I had something from NEC (Phoenix) show up last week overnight.
