And the same line of reasoning applies to Operating Systems,
Microcontrollers, Project (Coding) Standards, Programmers, Developemnt
Systems and what not.

Bottom line: before jumping a conclusion, first find out what the
circumstances are. When you have those clear most of a consultancy job
is done...
