I need a small boost regulator: Input can be either 3.3V or 5V (both supplies avaliable on the PCB, doesn't matter which I use) and the output is +48V @ about 20 mA, regulated. Does anyone have a "favorite" chip that they would recommend for this job? It would be great to find one with an on-chip switching device, but I can't seem to find anything that can handle the +48 volts without an external transistor. All suggestions appreciated!
