Hi Ryan,

Are you sure it's 3 seconds and not 2.3?

I suspect that you have enabled the Watchdog Timer - or more importantly,
not disabled it (a "0" has to be written to this bit).

Add a "_WDT_OFF" parameter to your "__CONFIG" statement and that should fix
the problem for you.
