This is mainly so I can look at things going on within my PIC > systems projects. Have you looked at the products from Pico Technology, in Cambridge, England? Their web site: http://www.picotech.com/ Shows their stuff, starting at a simple single-channel device, 0 to 5V input, 8-bit resolution, 20K samples/sec up to an amazing 5G samples/sec, 12 bit resolution, two-channel! The software will show the data either as as a 'scope or as a "voltmeter", it will log readings at any given interval and for as long as you specify. There is spectrum analysis software too. I use their little "Dr.Daq" device (which is really for teaching) to record the temperatures of my hot water tank and the outflow pipe, to see (for example) how long it takes to get up to temperature after it's cooled down. It shows beautifully on the graph that this plots! Cheers, Howard Winter St.ALbans, England -- http://www.piclist.com#nomail Going offline?
