I'm not king... I did a bad thing and broke the rules. Sorry. It was late at

I'll stay clear of the list for a while and try to learn better discipline

It is not right to further burden MIT and therefore Dale and Herb with
bandwidth for these WAY off topic posts. The [OT]: tag was intended as a
vent for threads that started [PIC]: and strayed or for things that would
interest most list members but were not really about technical PIC issues.
For example, discussing Microchip's financial future or how to get better
customer service from them.

On the other hand, there is a need for people like ourselves to get involved
with the "rest of the world" and bring some engineering ability to religion,
politics, and government. If there is interest, I will look into starting a
list for the discussion of these issues by technical people:

Perhaps that will give PICListers a place to continues these interesting
discussions and not strain the resources and patience of the rest of the
list.
