If the printing options are not satisfactory, you can use the CAM PREPROCESSOR, and export it to EPS, for example. Then, you open that file in Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator, or any good design software, using 600 DPI resolution. You should have no problems about quality. The only thing is that you lose the holes on the pads... too bad! I Never exposed a film to a PCB, but I have used the press-n-peel system with EXCELLENT results, using a laser HP 1100 printer, printing directly from Eagle (and I dont lose the holes).
