I am trying to get a simple IR sensor to work properly, but am having
trouble eliminating noise.  It uses a discrete oscillator circuit to send a
modulated IR signal that will be received by a detector.  It seems that the
oscillator is causing too much noise and messing up the detector.  I've
sprinkled a few caps around with no success.  Any ideas?
