Hello,

I am trying to do ICSP with a programmer I built from plans online (http://hyvatti.iki.fi/~jaakko/pic/picprog.html). It works great when I use it with the socket on the programmer, but when I try to do it in circuit, it fails.  However if I disconnect the oscillator from OSC1 and connect RB6 to it, it works fine.  I do ICSP with the PIC running, and the oscillator does run with the programming cable connected.  Anyone have any ideas.  Thanks.
