Negative!  The Eden series boards are integrated.  That processor is
part of the board.  Thats one of the down sides, but I've heard from
several sources that the 800MHz C3 can handle DVD and most DiVX if those
are your concerns, I know of no other reasons for that kinda of proessor
power for a CarPC :).

The C3's IIRC are the remnants of Via's purchase of Cyrix technology,
ill-fated as it was, it seems to have popped up with quite a kick ass
product.

Via Arena (www.viaarena.com) is the place to go for information on these
boards, it's a community site ran by Via themselves.  Many, many
reviews.

There's one detailing DVD/DiVX playing and an overview of the board,
it's a bit non-technical and a more savvy user could of course pull some
more power out of the machine but he did a decent job.

But, if the speed scares you a but, I remember hearing of a 1GHz+
version in the works, quite awesome.
