Not only the source would be portable, but even the executables, and including the Mac. Don't know if you ever looked at it or even used it, but you know I have already build and published a PIC programming program (LVP) in Java: 'Jisp' for some specific PIC-based devices (see the LocoNet_Hackers group on Yahoo). This program doesn't use any 'native' (platform specific) code and I suppose it could be extended or modified quite easily for the PIClist Developper.
