Hello list!
    this time the problem is in the Win2000/OS .... I am using Windows 2000
professional/Japanese version so I am not sure about the english terms going
to mention here but I hope that u can understand me ..... the problem is
that when I want to Install or remove an application I go to the Ctrl. pnl.
select Add/remove appl.  then I will get the window for that ...but when I
select an application to remove the appl. both of the Add & Remove  button
are disabled and I can do nothing ....so what is the problem plz. ......
what I`v done to get those button disabled ......
