Don't tell me I stumped you all!!!!!!!

I found an additional clue... I found a similar transformer on the web which referenced the manufacturer as DAL.  Of course, I couldn't find that name anywhere on the web.


So here is where I am at.  I have a pulse transformer part number IPL-1032-22.  I think the manufacturer is DAL.  Has anyone out there heard of this company before?
