I do not know for sure but I think you have to put the disks under a
directory that must be named slakware (without a c). Usually when
automatic install does not work I do it by hand from scratch using pkgtool
or a shell script that does what it does ... no qualms about that here.

Also depending on where you got the disks, you may have to uncompress them
(do you see packages under a1 etc etc ?).
