The mechanics couldn't find the local electricians with the key to the mains supply cabinets, so after being assured that everything was off one impatient mechanic cut the cable supplying the garages with a large set of steel shears. The resulting flash knocked him over and blacked out the Monaco harbour, yachts and all. He's not allowed to touch the electrical bits anymore.
