I've got some limited I2C code for HiTech. Limited in the
sense that it does not aupport full I2C protocol, but is
intended for I2C EEPROM comms. It's not even optimized yet
(call it first beta release, working on ACK polling) but
it does work.

Project started by modifying the HiTech's sample code. I
could never get it to work properly, even after fixing the
stop condition. Plus they clearly warn you of the RMW bug
with their sample code. So it's pretty much a rewrite.
